Let's shift Pre-Menstrual Syndrome to Pre-menstrual Self-Care. It's all about CYCLICAL LIVING, sisters! In this program beginning Jan 25, 730-10pm, we are going to find ways to truly take care of ourselves in all dimensions - physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual - so that we can receive that full support of our bodies as we phase through our cycles.

The workshop helped me deepen my understanding of my cycle, it’s useful to know what’s actually going on with the body, as it does say a lot about what’s going on in the mind (and energy). I have more awareness now of where I am in my cycle, and I’m better at knowing what to expect from myself with regards to that. Really helpful practice!
