Be aware, please, that this is the pinaydotcom beta site and its features are still being tested. By the time we launch phase 2 on this site in second half of 2010 to the public, the features should become more comprehensive and fully functioning.

And as a tester you are also one of the first members of Pinay.com and it means you have agreed to the terms of service and know that you must back up any content you post here on to your own personal computer.

During the beta stage, the only way to communicate with the publisher of the pinaydotcom beta site is to be part of the PinayDotCom Group at Facebook.

For the beta version at beta.pinay.com, issues need to be reposted at PinayDotCom Group so login to your facebook account. In this way we are using Facebook services to correspond about the pinaydotcom beta site, to develop it and to improve it. We will streamline this process for support and issues reporting in Phase 2.

If you have comments or suggestions regarding the pinaydotcom beta site then post to the wall at PinayDotCom Group. You will be recognized for any suggestions that we haven’t thought up yet and implement because your idea is so awesome.

If you are having issues with the pinaydotcom beta site features, then go to PinayDotCom Group. Scroll through the discussion board to see if anyone else has posted the same issue before you, then click on it and add your post with details about your issues to the thread.

If there is no previous post on your issue, please start a new discussion board thread. Make the subject of your post the feature that is having problems, for example, if the issue is about posting a profile picture, then make the subject of your post “profile picture”... etc.

IMPORTANT: at your posting, you must share the following:
• type of computer you are using, that is PC or Mac, and describe its hardware. you can usually find this info in your system info window.
• the operating system, for example Windows 2000, MacOS 10.0.00, etc.
• the type of browser, that is, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc… and its version that you are using.
• finally, you must also provide as much details about the issue that you are having.

if you are having issues with the pinaydotcom beta site and you want them to be addressed, this is the only way we can become aware of them and then understand how we can address them.

I and the web developers at Arsenic will be reviewing your wall posts and your discussion board posts to improve the pinaydotcom beta site features and prepare it for opening to the public in 2010.
